These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This Website offers visitors sales of sustainable linen clothing and accessories. Payment: We accept various payment methods made by Visa, MasterCard, Amex, ChinaUnionPay, Jcb, Diners, CartesBancaires, Discover, Electron, Maestro, Apple Pay as well as in person payments using your mobile device at our Nomadic Boutiques - please note that our Tap to Pay on iPhone requires iPhone XS and iOS 15.5 or later. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method you provide. We also reserve the right to vary our accepted payment methods at any time without notice.

6. SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

a. Shipping: We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated time frames. However, we are not responsible for delays outside our control.
